Returns and Exchanges

North Tail Inc. fully inspects all the products before sending them out.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damages occurred during the shipping process is not our responsibility and we are not able to accept a return or a refund.

RETURN POLICY

  • All rope items and tags are final sale and not eligible for the return.
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund (not including shipping costs).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items with any damages include chewing, dirt, scratches, ripped, cut, and other damages are not eligible for return or refund.
  • We recommend sending items with a tracking number since if the items are lost, we are no longer able to help with return/refund.
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
  • Any shipping costs related to return or exchange are covered by the buyer.
  • Any custom order is not eligible for the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at northtail.social@gmail.com with details including order number and the reasons for the return. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you mailing address to send. 

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned which include

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Coupons
  • All rope items
  • Tags

 

EXCHANGES

Currently we are not offering an exchange. Please return the item you have first, and once the return is completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Inspection takes up to 5 business days, after inspection has pass you will receive your full refund minus the shipping fee.
