Warranty
At North Tail Inc, we prioritize durability in our product design and material sourcing. However, occasional hardware replacements or repairs for our rope items may be necessary. Therefore, we proudly offer a warranty on all our handmade products.
Our warranty covers issues related to hardware and assembly, such as:
- Malfunctions or breakage of carabiners
- Breakage of D-rings or O-rings
Our warranty does not extend to damage caused by pets, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Examples of what is not covered include:
- Damage from chewing, scratching, biting, etc.
- Natural color changes due to aging, sun exposure, natural oils, or other environmental factors
- Changes in rope texture
- Oxidation of hardware
- Fading of black finish on hardware
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items to and from our facilities.

Repair
We understand that accidents happen. For all rope items, we offer repair services for minor damages with just a little bit charges for materials, including those not covered by our warranty. Examples include:
- Wear or damage to covering
- Replacement of worn or chewed hardware paint
Please note that we are unable to repair rope damages or non-rope items.
