Shipping Policy

Shipping time does not include processing time. Please refer to the Processing Time page to view the current processing time before placing your order.

 

We currently offer flat-rate shipping at 11.99 CAD for addresses in Canada and the US. Please be aware that if you choose flat-rate shipping, there may be an additional week for the shipment of your item. The shipping time for flat-rate shipping varies but is approximately 1 to 10 business days. We utilize the most economical shipping option available for flat-rate shipping, and a tracking number will be provided.

 

We currently offer free shipping on orders with a value exceeding 250 CAD for residents in Canada and the US. Please note that if you choose free shipping, there may be an additional week for the shipment of your item. The shipping time for free shipping varies but is approximately 1 to 10 business days. We utilize the most economical shipping option available for free shipping, and a tracking number will be provided.

 

Local customers spending over 50 CAD are eligible for free shipping. This includes the City of Toronto, GTA, and surrounding areas. Please check if the free local delivery option appears at checkout to confirm eligibility based on your address. We utilize the most economical shipping method available for your order. If a third-party service is used for shipping, you will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

After handing packages to the carrier, they become the sole responsibility of the shipping company. This means we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Additionally, we are not responsible for customs clearance or any issues that may arise during the shipping process. For further assistance, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Shipping cost is calculated at check out. Costs are vary depending on your location and items.  Customs fee is not covered by North Tail Inc.
