Customization Instructions on rope items
For custom orders or modifications to our existing rope products, please email info@northtailinc.com with the following information:
- Product style: Which leash, collar, or other rope product would you like to customize?
- Customization details: Describe what you're looking for as specifically as possible. Feel free to attach reference photos!
- Length and size: Include your preferred measurements.
- Hardware options: Specify your preferred carabiner and ring options, if applicable.
- Rope colour: Let us know which rope colour you'd like.
Once we receive your details, we'll review your request and provide a quote.
